  • Are jockstraps/cups allowed?

    No, unless for specific medical reasons.
  • May I wear a brace on one of my joints?

    Only braces made purely of fabric (ex: elbow or knee sleeves) are allowed in competition. Nothing with metal or plastic pieces are allowed. If you are unsure, please email us at registration@tapcancerout.org with a photo of your brace and we can make a determination ahead of time.
  • May I wear a rashguard, undershirt, or spats?

    Rashguards/spats may ONLY be worn by women and competitors under 16 years old. Adult and Masters men may NOT wear rashguards, spats, or undershirts of any kind. This is an IBJJF rule.
  • What are your tie-breakers for Round Robin divisions?
